Canton, OH April 7, 2004 - Combi introduces a new model to the Combi case erector family. The CE-10 case erector / bottom sealer erects and bottom tapes 10-12 cases per minute and is available immediately for $21,000. This new erector features a powered case magazine, safety-interlocked guarding, and two-minute no-tool changeovers.
"The CE-10 is the perfect introductory level case erector for applications where our 2-EZ and Ergopack systems are not as easy to cost justify.” says John Fisher, CEO of Combi Packaging Systems. "This system brings a competitive new option to our product line and will further the reputation for reliability and ease of operation Combi is known for in the packaging industry."
The CE-10 has a compact footprint at 7’6” x 5’8”, and the standard powered magazine holds 150-200 cases. Other standard features include a low tape alarm, case counter, and 3M Accuglide II Tapeheads.
The system erects case sizes from 8" x 6 " x 5" to 17.5" x 13.5" x 17.5” at 10-12 cases per minute. It is backed by a comprehensive 1 year warranty, and is manufactured exclusively for Combi and the North American market by our joint venture partner, Siat, an M.J. Maillis Group Company.
