Mike joins Combi from the automotive industry, bringing broad experience in precision manufacturing, high-volume manufacturing, and distribution. In his new role, Mike’s primary focus will be on customer success and implementing world-class programs to help customers improve their efficiencies and reduce costs, particularly as the world of automation, including end-of-line packaging, continues to evolve.
His responsibilities will include leading field service, technical support, training, and spare parts functions, as well as continuously improving value-added services for Combi customers related to Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Service Level Agreements. Mike and his team will work closely to extend Combi’s value proposition beyond set-up and training by expanding Combi’s capabilities and empowering customers to maintain and service their machinery beyond the warranty period.

A native of Los Angeles, Cargill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing, as well as a Master of Business Administration, both from Western Governors University in Millcreek, Utah. A resident of Canton, Ohio, he is a patron of the local arts community and spends his free time keeping bees and renovating his 19th-century home.
